Return Policy

Diamondback is committed to the highest level of customer satisfaction and strives to design, build and offer products that surpass your expectations.  In addition to Diamondback’s Lifetime – Original Owner Warranty, we offer a 365 day return period for any unused product that is purchased on the diamondbackfishingrods.com website.  If the product was purchased from an authorized dealer, please contact them directly.

To process a return for an item that was purchased on diamondbackfishingrods.com, please send an email to info@diamondbackfishingrods.com or call us at 315-437-5800.  Please include the model name and size, your order number and the reason for the return in the email or have the information ready when you call.  We will provide you with a “Return Authorization Number.”  Please have the RA# written on the outside of the box when the product is sent.  Please include original packaging, tags, paperwork and all parts.  Remember to properly package your item to ensure that it is not damaged during shipping.  Diamondback has the option to refuse any return that does not have a Return Authorization Number written on the outside of the package.

Rod Warranty and Repair Questions

Damaged Product

If a shipment arrives at your door with noticeable shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please email us at info@diamondbackfishingrods.com or call us at 315-437-5800.  Please save all packaging and paperwork.
